Shipping

Once we receive your order and payment, time starts ticking for us. We find it very important that your order is delivered as quickly as possible and in perfect condition at the address you provided. We therefore use a delivery time of 1 business day for deliveries to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, unless otherwise indicated with the product. In some cases it may take a working day longer, for example due to weather conditions and government restrictions. For each country a delivery time is displayed, so you know exactly when your order will be delivered. Your order will always be shipped with GLS unless otherwise indicated.

Each order that leaves our shop is carefully packed and provided with a personal track and trace code. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your personal track and trace code that same evening via email. Ideal, because both we and you can follow your shipment until delivery to the address you specified.
