Set up safely (quick guide)

Place it right: Firm, level, dry surface. Avoid loose gravel or wet tiles.
Check the angle: Use the angle indicator—don’t guess.
Lock every rung: Extend to height and make sure each rung clicks and locks.
Stability: On ladders over 3 m, fit the stabiliser bar and ensure feet are fully in contact.

Climb and work smart

Three points of contact: Two feet and one hand (or two hands and one foot) at all times.
Don’t overreach: If you need to lean, climb down and move the ladder.
Respect the load limit: Include tools and materials in the total weight.

Retract and store

Use soft-close: Let it retract under control—never force it down.
Keep it clean: Wipe off dirt and moisture so feet grip and locks work smoothly.
