Return

You can return your product in the following cases:

Within 14 days of delivery, if you do not like the product (please click here)
Within 2 years after purchase, if the product has a technical defect (please click here)

For orders placed before June 4th, 2024:

Please send an email to sales@bataviastore.com with your order number or your full name and delivery address, our agents will be able to help you!

*Note: the warranty will be rendered invalid if the consumer, or any third party, undertakes repairs or modifications on the delivered products.

*Note: the product must be in good condition, unused and in the original packaging if the 14 days right of return is used

Note: You bear the cost of return if you do not like the product during the 14 days cooling off period.

*Note: in warranty cases, batteries & chargers only have 1 year of warranty
