Return policy

You can return your product under the following conditions:

• Right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. If you do not wish to keep your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
  Please note that this does not apply to defective products. Please use the ‘Report a defect/ warranty’ portal to submit any warranty or defect claim.

Important notes:

• The warranty becomes invalid if you or any third party make repairs or modifications to the product.
• If you return a product simply because you do not like it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• For warranty claims: please note that batteries and chargers are covered for 1 year only.
