Return Policy

You can return your product or submit a warranty claim under the following conditions:

Right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. If you do not wish to keep your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Please note that this does not apply to defective products. Use the warranty portal below to submit any defect or warranty claim.

Warranty claim within 2 years after purchase. If your product has a defect or stops functioning under normal use, you can submit a warranty claim via our portal.

Batavia warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The following warranty periods apply:

Power tools, garden tools and other products: 2 years from the date of purchase.
Batteries and chargers: 1 year from the date of purchase.
Accessories and consumables: not covered under warranty.

Manufacturing defects and faults in materials under normal use.
Functional failures that occur during the warranty period without misuse or external damage.

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow the product instructions.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by repairs or modifications made by you or any third party.
Damage caused by use of non-original accessories or parts.
Products without a valid proof of purchase.

If you return a product simply because you do not like it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns are only accepted when the product is unused and in its original packaging.
