2. Register your product online
Easily register your product online via the dedicated section on the Bataviastore.
We will ask for a few details so that we can correctly record your warranty extension request in our system.
3. Confirm your request
Once we have received your request, we will ask you to confirm it with the proof of purchase.
Please note: the request is only valid within 14 days of purchasing the product.
4. Successful registration
Once everything has been approved by us, your registration is successfully completed.
Upon registration, you will also automatically receive our newsletter with the best Batavia offers.
Registering your Batavia product extends your warranty from 2 years to 4 years!
The warranty begins on the purchase date and requires online registration. If you do not complete the online registration, the warranty remains valid under legal regulations. To benefit from the extended warranty, register your product within 14 days of purchase.
