Tip: the blade matters as much as the saw. Use a fine-toothed blade for clean cuts in laminate and plywood, a coarse blade for fast cuts in softwood, and a metal blade with low pendulum action for aluminium and steel. Clamp the workpiece and let the saw do the work for the straightest result.
